After that your fate is in the hands of the shipper you’ve chosen. RETURNS: WHAT IF I DON’T WANT IT? Doubtful, but we want you be 100% confident, so we’re offering this 100% satisfaction policy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange for the return and 100% refund. Even 7 days, you’ll have 30 days to decide if you don’t want your purchase. No questions asked, we will refund your money, less a 20% restocking fee. In either case, all returns must be pre-authorized by an RMA (Return Merchandise. Authorization) which you will receive when you contact us. When returning merchandise, the RMA number must be clearly visible on the package address label, and on a note inside. WARRANTY Waving Watches are warranted for 60 days against defects in materials and workmanship. We will replace the watch or refund the purchase price at our sole discretion. This is the sole warranty.
